Information we collect
When you send an enquiry, Motiplug may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, message, preferred contact method, the page you used, and campaign information included in the link. Vehicle sellers and approved partners may also provide listing details and photographs.
How we use and share it
We use this information to answer enquiries, confirm vehicle availability, coordinate viewings, manage seller listings, understand which public pages bring useful enquiries, prevent abuse, and maintain a basic customer follow-up record. When needed for a requested viewing, Motiplug may share the minimum identifying and appointment information with the relevant vehicle seller or partner yard. Motiplug does not sell personal contact information.
Service providers
The website uses Supabase for database and image storage, Vercel for hosting and privacy-friendly aggregate website analytics, and an email delivery provider for enquiry notifications. Only the information needed for each service is processed.
Retention and choices
Unsuccessful enquiry records are normally kept for up to 12 months, unless a shorter period is requested or a longer period is reasonably needed for an active transaction or legal record. You may ask Motiplug to correct or delete your enquiry information.
